Users of the Site (anyone who accesses the Site, whether a Member or not) may be asked to reveal non-unique demographic information, such as zip code, gender, age, preferences, interests, and level of experience in the energy industry.

A. Cullen & Associates, Inc. uses this information to contact You about the services on our site in which You have expressed interest. Only if You have consented, we may also use this information to inform You of other products and services available from other third parties or those in the A. Cullen & Associates, Inc. network, job postings, promotions, informational newsletters, or new products and services.

If You are a Member with a profile, the amount of information You choose to disclose or keep confidential in Your profile is entirely up to Your discretion.

Cullen & Associates, Inc. stores User information such as jobs applied to, jobs viewed, companies added, other content added to the site such as comments, photos, whitepapers, resumes, and similar information, and tracks click-stream data to monitor utilization and ensure good customer experience.

If Your Personal Information changes, or if You no longer desire the A. Cullen & Associates, Inc. service, You may correct, update, or deactivate it by making the change on Your Member information page or by emailing us at: contact@acullen.com. If You close Your account and delete Your profile and resume, A. Cullen & Associates, Inc. will remove all copies of Your resume from the Site, Your profile, and account information, except for archival copies, which will not be accessible on the Internet.

OPTING-OUT: When You register for our site, with Your consent, we use Your email address to send You communications, including newsletters, articles, product offers, and other information from various relevant third parties. If You’ve registered to receive email communications from us and later change Your mind, You may contact us to have Your name removed from our distribution lists.
